Attorney Susan M. LaCrosse

Susan has over 26 years of experience in the legal profession serving as a collaborative partner, advocate, and advisor. She has a proven track record of delivering innovative legal solutions based on sound and resourceful legal strategies. Susan strives to make clients feel comfortable and truly understand their needs. Empathy and compassion comprise the heart of her hometown practice; however, when needed, she is a fierce advocate fighting for her client’s rights.

Prior to becoming a sole practitioner, Susan worked in a variety of legal roles for various size firms, but she spent a bulk of her professional career working for Baylake Bank (n/k/a Nicolet National Bank) and then the late John T. Pagel of the Pagel family businesses.

Proudly born and raised in Kewaunee County on a small dairy farm, Susan continues to reside there with her husband Dave and their two children, Evan and Aaron.
